If your answer to any of the above is YES
, you’ve come to the right place. You’ve just taken the first step toward living the life you most desire and deserve. Whatever your past experiences have been, you have within you the capacity for healing and growth, for creating and living a life of abundant happiness, fulfillment, and love.
I will gently help you unblock and release the negative emotions and effects of past traumas, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, and hurtful relationships, that are keeping you from fully accepting all the goodness that is already waiting for you.
Within this safe, nurturing, non-judgmental, and supportive space you learn new ways of looking at your life’s circumstances, while embracing change and growth. You will gain a better understanding of yourself, your past, and what you desire for today and tomorrow.
I am here to reflect the amazing person that you are, allowing you to connect to your true self and the deep knowing place in your heart. You are not a textbook diagnosis, but someone who simply forgot (or perhaps never knew) what it feels like to fully live in joy, peacefulness, and gratitude.>
About Evie
I’ve been married and divorced, having known great love and loss. My greatest joy is being a mother to my now-grown son. For thirty years, I was a very successful fashion designer, so I have experienced the extreme stress and pressure of being a business owner. I am now fulfilling a long-held dream of being a psychotherapist so that I may assist others along their journey of healing and transformation. Returning to California State University, Northridge to earn my Master of Science degree in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy, I know that it’s never too late to pursue your dream.
